From filling out the initial questionnaire to signing your Franchise Agreement to receiving your mobile showroom, the process takes about 3 to 9 months.

The initial franchise fee is $35,000 with a territory fee of $25,000.

The continuing royalty is 8% of sales and an additional royalty of 2% of sales are allocated toward advertising.

The franchisee is responsible for: providing a local ship to location, repackaging and shipping if necessary, follow-up for installation needs. 
For all orders shipping into your territory, including residential deliveries where you’ll never touch the order, you receive the bulk of profit. As a Flooring Liquidators franchisee, you’ll have access to this additional revenue stream that you would have never seen otherwise.
